"Very cosy accommodation, they religiously follow all protocols of a good hotel, very cheerful staff in restaurant Ashok and Aditya stands out. At from desk Anil kumar was very cheerful and cooperative. The surrounding of DLF phase2 are nice and green, Apart from indore gym a open air gym of DLF phase 2 is located close by for all fitness conscious visitors."

I have lived here for 6 months in total so its practically served the purpose of being home, and it did that very well. The rooms are clean and the food is homely- perfect for a long term business stay like mine. The staff is courteous and eager to please. They were very accommodating with things like check-in times, allocating the room you request for and last minute changes in plans. They are very prompt with handling complaints and requests for amenities. The rates are very reasonable for what you get especially in a city like Gurgaon and the location of the guesthouse. There is no gym but a park right opposite could serve the purpose. The wifi could be better though

Booked 1 night in February 2014. This is a business type hotel, very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. Pros: - Good size modern room and bathroom - Cleanliness up to European standard - TV with English Channels - Very helpful and polite staff - Excellent value for money - Free WiFi, unfortunately did not work when we arrived but it was sorted out the following day. Cons: - Very hard to find especially at night

Review title says it all. The room was sufficient but could have been a little cleaner - some hair and debris on floor but otherwise tidy. Staff is incredibly wonderful and goes out of the way to accommodate all requests. Have stayed in this hotel several times before and always come back because I am treated so well.Complimentary toiletries in the bath include shampoo, lotion, soap and shower cap. Was also treated to two complimentary bottles of mineral water that were stored in the in room refrigerator. Room also has coffee/tea maker service. Writing desk and chair are adequate, and my room had a view of the hotel's garden. Couldn't ask for more. The only word of advice would be to have your driver call the hotel for directions. The place is difficult to find, especially at night. Do find it however, it's a true treasure!

I have been staying in this hotel along with my husband and two small kids for the last one month and this place is truly a home away from home. The ambience around the hotel is clam and beautiful with a beautiful and huge garden in front of it. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly, I can totally trust them with my two little kids. Also the food is awesome and I look forward to their breakfast menu everyday. I strongly recommend this hotel to people travelling with families.
